Our 14-month experience with Digital Viorix had both strengths and challenges. On the positive side, communication was clear, and monthly progress reports were consistently shared. However, weekend unavailability made it tough to handle urgent issues like site downtime. We did notice steady, if gradual, improvements in our SEO metrics.
That said, the core objective — making SEO more cost-effective than PPC — was never realized. After over a year, we were still paying £0.37 per organic click compared to just £0.16 for PPC. Key competitive keywords didn’t gain the traction we needed, and our monthly average of 1,600 organic clicks came at a cost of £600.
We also found the initial website build underwhelming for the £1,200 price tag — it lacked the depth and customization we expected for a non-ecommerce site. Transitioning to Squarespace at less than half the cost resulted in a far better-performing website with improved conversions.
While we value the team’s efforts to boost our rankings, the overall return on our £8,600 investment didn’t align with our small business goals. We’ve since reallocated our resources for better value, and we wish Digital Viorix success in the future.
